The Framework Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of projects and resources within the framework agreement between AtkinsRéalis and its clients. This includes overseeing resource management, client engagement, compliance, and financial performance to ensure all client needs are met effectively and profitably. Key Responsibilities:

  • Resourcing Management-
  • Resource Tracker Maintenance: Accountable for maintaining and updating the resource tracker to ensure accuracy and real-time information.
  • Internal Resourcing Drumbeat Calls: Attend internal resourcing meetings, provide detailed updates on roles, and follow through on action items.
  • CV Collection and Proposal Management: Collate CVs from AR and the supply chain, preparing commercially viable proposals for the client.
  • Commercial Viability: Ensure all proposals submitted are financially viable and aligned with client expectations.
  • Profitability Oversight: Collaborate with the Commercial Director to ensure the framework remains profitable while providing value for money.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary client contact for resourcing matters, leading monthly client engagement meetings to discuss progress and future needs.
  • Stakeholder and Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, supply chain partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Resource Progression and Rotation: Work closely with Practices to actively support resource development, progression, and rotation within the program.
  • KPI Performance Management: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), report on performance, and contribute to the Monthly Management Information (MI) Report.
  • Pastoral Care-
  • Onboarding and Induction: Ensure all new program resources undergo a thorough induction and are familiar with the CDC mission and structure.
  • Regular Check-ins: Conduct 3-month check-ins with new team members to ensure smooth integration into the program.
  • Team Communication: Lead the quarterly CDC Team-Talk, ensuring transparent communication and team cohesion.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and early-career professionals.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all operations under the framework comply with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Added Responsibilities-
  • Early Careers Initiative: Play an active role in joint Early Careers initiatives, supporting the development of early-career professionals. Key Account Management: Actively contribute to Key Account Management, ensuring a strong relationship with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Experience managing or working within structured frameworks (e.g., government, procurement, or commercial frameworks).
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of maintaining profitability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to foster and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven experience in change management and handling evolving client requirements.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience working with KPIs, generating management reports, and budget forecasting.
