If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our innovative Customer Due Diligence team at Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) as a CDD Team Trainer. This is a dynamic and exciting position that allows you to use your skills and experience to drive positive improvements in our existing practices and help us achieve our mission.

What you'll do

At CAF, every one of us contributes to our impact, and as our CDD Team Trainer you too will play an integral part in what we do.

The focus for the role is to lead on identifying, planning and facilitating training for the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) team of specialists assessing training needs and creating bespoke training programmes and material.

The CDD Team Trainer is responsible for maintaining the CDD team's central training records and collaborating with the CDD management team and other stakeholders to explore and implement opportunities for improvement.

The CDD Team Trainer should have experience in CDD/KYC, Customer Service, designing and delivering training initiatives, producing management information and communicating with influence.

As our CDD Team Trainer you will:

  • Implement and be responsible for the end-to-end training programme for all roles within the CDD team, including a robust new starter experience

  • Identify training needs, create plans and facilitate training across the CDD team and wider organisation

  • Responsible for producing and maintaining all central training data and material and providing evidence of staff training to support 1:1 conversations

  • Proactively organise training sessions with team members and support Subject Matter Experts within the team to deliver training

  • Be able to communicate and articulate the requirements of related CDD processes during training sessions with colleagues at all levels of the organisation

  • Obtain and retain a high level of up-to-date knowledge around CAF systems, processes and products relating to the CDD department

    This role is for you if you have experience of working in Customer Due Diligence or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society. We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in a CDD/KYC environment within Customer Operations

  • A proven track record of identifying, designing and delivering training programmes and initiatives

  • Experience of producing management information

  • A Training or coaching qualification.

  • Strong team working and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with influence at all levels

  • The ability to motivate others and encourage people on their training journeys
