CDP Chef

We are looking for a highly motivated Commis Chef to assist in the day-to-day operation of the Kitchen department. Offering support to ensure the highest standard of food preparation and presentation is constantly maintained with superb attention to detail.

Duties will include...

• Section work in our A 'La Carte restaurant


• Occasional breakfast shifts


• Function/banqueting work


• Assisting with all Health and Safety/Food Hygiene aspects of the kitchen


• 5 shifts over 7
  
  We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, outgoing CDP Chef to expand our exceptional Kitchen team. You must have the ability to work as an individual or part of a team, have a cheerful outlook and be a good communicator. Hazlewood has a busy calendar of weddings and events and as such would be looking for full time hours, with flexibility for weekend and weekday work.


Must have experience of working in a kitchen of at least 1 Rosette standard together with banqueting experience. Someone who is keen to learn and advance., Who love the place as much as we do.
