Full Job Description

  • Inventory Management:

  • Receive, check, and organize deliveries of beverages and supplies.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system.

  • Perform regular stock counts and report discrepancies.

  • Cellar Maintenance:

  • Ensure the cellar is clean, organized, and free of hazards.

  • Rotate stock according to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.

  • Monitor and maintain appropriate storage conditions for all products.

  • Logistics:

  • Transport stock to various locations within the facility as needed.

  • Assist with setting up and breaking down events, ensuring timely and efficient beverage service.

  • Coordinate with the F&B team to meet operational needs and event requirements.

  • Health & Safety:

  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations.

  • Safely operate equipment and use proper lifting techniques to handle heavy items.

    No Ordinary Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and physically capable individual with a background in food and beverage (F&B) to join our team as a Part-Time Weekend Cellar Attendant at Coombe Abbey Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage and maintain our cellar operations efficiently. This role requires the ability to lift and move heavy items, ensuring the seamless storage and distribution of inventory., Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.

  • Previous experience in a cellar or inventory management role is highly desirable.

  • Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Proficiency with inventory management software is a plus.

  • Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items

  • Comfortable with extended periods of standing, walking, and manual labour.

  • Valid driver's license may be required depending on location and job duties.

    Part-time hours with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
