Full Job Description

37.5 hours with various shifts to cover our opening hours from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
The post holder will support the Central Booking Office Manager in the day-to-day operational management of the Central Booking Team. The post holder is key to ensuring safe, efficient and effective processes within the Central Booking Office Team.
This is an exciting, varied and challenging role in a dynamic, high paced, friendly and supportive team.
There is an opportunity to study a level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship as part of this role is available.
with various shifts to cover our opening hours from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and resilient individual to join our busy administration team in providing a professional and effective Outpatient Booking and Scheduling Service for the Trust.
The role requires a self-motivated, competent and proactive individual with an appreciation and understanding of the confidential nature of the work. The ability to be a team-player, build good working relationships and deal confidently with a range of people both internal and external to the organisation is essential.
This role requires problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise and deliver on time against a background of changing demands, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Applicants should be excellent communicators, including telephone skills, We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to deal with the general public on a daily basis and maintain a positive approach to customer care.
Computer literacy is essential as you will be required to input and extract information from a number of Trust Patient Administrative Systems.
