Full Job Description

Our Central Sales Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts to maintain existing revenues and develop key sales opportunities. The role is part of a team based from our head office in Rugby-Northampton (NN6 7XR). Daily responsibilities include:

  • promoting the image of the company, the brands and our hotels through quality customer care standards in accordance with KGH winning metrics.
  • being fully conversant with all hotels, services, packages, promotions and special offers available on a group basis and for individual hotels.
  • ensuring the defined accounts deliver both retention and growth revenue targets.
  • leading generation through prospect telesales calls, social selling and market research.
  • gaining competitors insight to drive market share and account penetration
  • being the effective communication link between IHG/other Brands and Kew Green Hotels.
  • What you'll bring to the team The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record in Sales or Customer Relationship Management with ability to grow market share, account penetration and incrementality. Sales experience in large matrix sales and operational organisation (national, regional and local). Proven record of sales tools and technology usage (for example: social media, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Insider selling). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with high level of business/commercial acumen. Understanding of the hotel sector would be an advantage!
