Full Job Description

To support the Broadgate Senior Management team in delivering excellent property management services across the Broadgate campus, embed the British Land values and seek and deliver continuous improvement.,

  • Provide and maintain a welcoming environment for visitors and colleagues within the Estate Management Office.

  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team.

  • Lead, or contribute to, projects as required by the Senior Management Team and deliver necessary solutions or outputs in the time scales agreed when the projects are initiated.

  • Integrate the Campus App into campus processes and procedures.

  • Support the roll out and integration of World Class Welcome in all buildings.

  • Demonstrate and promote the British Land values through:


  • Regular newsletters


  • Promotion and management of the campus recognition scheme


  • Delivery of team events


  • Contribution to team training plans


  • Coordinate the monitoring of Key Performance Indicators across the portfolio.

  • Become proficient in the use of all relevant IT systems, act as a super-user to support and train team members as required and assist in the development of system improvements.

  • Review processes and procedures with a view to streamlining, simplifying, and increasing efficiency.

  • Assist in the preparation of management reports.

  • Take responsibility for the budget for the Estate Management Office.

  • Co-ordinate campus team meetings, events, and onboarding.

  • Support building teams as required

  • Oversee Estate Management Office clerical and administrative support (delivered via Service Partners) inclusive of:


  • Room booking

  • Stationary

  • Catering

  • IT (Photocopier, AV maintenance etc.)

  • Archiving

  • Couriers/Postage/Travel

  • Coordinate and raise purchase orders and process invoices for the above as required.


  • Other general duties as directed by the Senior Management team.
