Full Job Description

  • Maintain proper and timely budgetary controls for Lakeside Village through administrative and accounting procedures on Horizon accounting software, including creating POs, processing invoices for prompt payment, monthly accruals and maintaining the current costs spreadsheet.

  • Answer and deal with incoming telephone calls providing excellent customer service and dealing with any queries effectively and efficiently

  • Carry out general administrative duties such as providing support to the centre management team, brand partners and visitors, and dealing with post and petty cash.

  • Actively ensure the timely collection of centre-required data to maintain records and compliance.

  • Ensure timely collection and inputting of turnover data into Retail Advantage. Prepare weekly reports for the management team by the agreed deadline.

  • Build strong working relationships with the centre management team, Multi-Realm HQ, local stakeholders, onsite brand partners and suppliers including utility companies.

  • To act as a brand ambassador for the Centre and the wider Multi-Realm business.

    The ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced office environment, along with strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. They should also have experience running accounting systems a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong IT skills.
