Full Job Description
Our friendly and passionate teams at Abberton Reservoir Nature Discovery Park and Fingringhoe Wick Nature Discover Parks provide fantastic customer service to our visitors to the Trust. Situated in picturesque locations, the sites possess an abundance of local wildlife and offer a sense of real peace and quiet and natural beauty.
The post holder, who will be based across the two locations, will need to be a team player who can interact with our visitors in a friendly and engaging way, ensuring excellent customer service always at the forefront. Working predominately within the café, the post holder will be taking orders, preparing and serving hot and cold food and beverage orders and clearing tables. We are looking for a friendly individual with an interest in catering, nature and wildlife in this visitor engagement role. Profits from our Nature Discovery Centre's are used to fund the conservation, educational and other key work of the Trust.
