Full Job Description

We are looking for someone who has experience in management and income generation and working in a customer service focused environment. This post is responsible for managing the development of income generating opportunities as part of the Training, Education and Development team. Through a range of educational activities and the hiring of the purpose built Education Centre at St Josephs Hospice. In addition to developing income streams, the manager will lead on audit, administration, governance and quality assurance activities on behalf of the team. The post demands an entrepreneurial approach combined with well-honed managerial and business skills in order to maximise potential income generation, relationship development opportunities and the effective delivery of programmed education.

You will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience of managing a small team Experience of marketing and promoting a service Excellent customer service skills and experience.
