Centre of Inclusion Manager

George Salter Academy is a friendly, happy and vibrant 11-18 academy, serving a multi-cultural community and we are looking for a Centre of Inclusion Manager to join us from November 2024. The role is based on working 37 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks (40 working weeks). There is also the opportunity for the right candidate to join the academy's Extended Leadership Team on a 12-month temporary contract, responsible for inclusion (please see attached separate job description). The successful candidate will manage the academy's Centre of Inclusion on a day-to-day basis, directly supervising and working with the students accessing it. The postholder will be responsible for the establishment of identified groups and for the delivery of appropriate behaviour and intervention strategies set within the ethos of the academy, thus contributing to the improved behaviour and attendance of relevant students.
