Buckinghamshire Mind is seeking an inspiring and visionary CEO to guide our charity through its exciting next phase of growth and expansion. As a leading mental health charity operating in Buckinghamshire and East Berkshire, we are committed to challenging stigma, breaking down barriers, and ensuring everyone has access to mental health support when they need it. Through our information, services, and campaigns, we combat isolation and promote well-being and recovery within our local communities. We are now looking for our next CEO, who will be a passionate advocate for mental health with bold community-led ambitions. We are looking for a strategic leader with the drive to influence and inspire, throughout a broad and dynamic stakeholder community and with a proven track record of creating impactful solutions. You will develop creative and innovative partnerships to improve access to and uptake of our services, using data-driven decision-making to guide our efforts. We are looking for
a people-first leader, someone who understands how to inspire and motivate those around them while building strong and effective relationships. You will bring an entrepreneurial and creative approach to income generation and financial management, finding new ways to diversify income streams, increase our delivery capacity, and bring a keen mind to effectively manage tight budgets. With a deep understanding of diversity, equality, and the regulatory environment, youll ensure our services remain inclusive and impactful. As our CEO, you will lead an outcomes-focused organisation, supported by an engaged Trustee Board, ensuring that our efforts are always aligned with our mission to promote wellbeing develop preventative measures and support recovery and guided by lived experience.
