The successful candidate will have experience in complex care, relevant qualifications, and a compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature., The Cerebral Palsy Support Worker will be responsible for delivering personalized care routines, assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, monitoring health conditions, and providing emotional support and companionship. The role requires experience in PEG care, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records of care provided.
