Cerebral Palsy Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Bristol, Somerset. We are looking for a support worker to work a mix of days and waking nights with a young individual who has cerebral palsy. Our client is a bubbly individual that loves engaging with books, playing games and getting outside., The Support Worker will be responsible for engaging with personalised routines, assisting with the care programme, household cleaning, providing emotional support and companionship, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care., We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Bristol, Somerset.   The role requires previous experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a compassionate and empathetic nature, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team., Our client is a bubbly individual that loves engaging with books, playing games and getting outside.
For this role you must be able to drive as well as have access to your own vehicle.,

You will be a part of a team delivering care this role will be 3-4 shifts per week. 8 : 30pm - 7 : 30am (Waking Nights) Day shift - 3 days per week (Monday - Sunday) (Flexible on days) 4pm -8pm,

Training & Background Checks : An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
