Cerebral Palsy Support Worker (Part time)

We have an exciting opportunity for a committed Support Worker to join our team in Caldicot. In this position, you will deliver exceptional care and support to our young client with complex health needs, prioritizing their comfort, safety, and overall well-being., As a Cerebral Palsy Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to our client with complex health conditions. This includes assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, monitoring health, and providing emotional support and companionship. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
