Full Job Description

You will work with the certification Manager, supporting the everyday function of the department and drive the business forward.

  • Execute all non-technical certification tasks on time

  • On-time execution of all recurring certification

  • Provides project management support

  • Compile final document packages and release of certificates to customers

  • Maintains and schedules certification

  • Supports data collection and analysis of certification processes

  • Review of audit report packages to verify applicable review criteria were met

  • Handles and processes confidential client documentation

  • Ensures compliance and conformity with established policies and procedures

  • Creates and updates records ensuring accuracy and validity of information

  • Sorts and distributes communications in a timely manner

    As the Certification Coordinator, you will have a background of working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage and organise workload. You will be a supporting client POC for all UK based ETL certification and follow up services (FUS) activities.   • Understanding of certification schemes

  • Excellent interpersonal skills internally and externally

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to relate to all stakeholders and communicate effectively

  • Strong eye for detail and organisational skills

  • Microsoft Proficiency and IT literacy skills

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities
