    Chair of the Judicial Panel
  • London - GBP Full Time Posted by: Premier League Posted: Sunday, 22 December 2024 The Premier League is the governing body of the Premier League football competition with responsibility for the organisation and regulation of the league, through the uniform application of the Premier League Rules to its Clubs and their officials and the implementation and administration of a number of dispute resolution processes for its stakeholders. In 2020, the Premier League created a new Judicial Panel; a standing panel of arbitrators with legal, financial, sporting and other relevant expertise, responsible for (among other things) independently adjudicating disciplinary cases referred to the Judicial Panel by the Premier League Board. The Judicial Panel is independently chaired, with the Chair responsible for recruitment of suitable individuals to form the Judicial Panel, when necessary, and making appointments from that Judicial Panel to determine individual disciplinary cases, both at first instance and appeal. The five-year term of the current Chair of the Judicial Panel, Murray Rosen KC, expires in early 2025 and the Premier League now wishes to appoint his replacement. Mr Rosen KC's other appointments continue. Further information on the Premier League can be found at .
