The Change & Engagement Analyst will play an integral role in ensuring the success of deployment of digital products into the business. What the role has to offer

  • Our Opportunity: As Change & Engagement Analyst, you will lead on communications and business engagement activities to support Thales UK on the journey to become more data driven.
  • Take the lead delivering new data products into the business, following the change process. This could include working on Change Impact Assessments, working with the functions and businesses to assess the most appropriate deployment method, identifying and training super users, development of product training.
  • Work with senior leadership, users, the domains and functions to design and deliver a drumbeat of engagement activities to ensure high levels of usage of products and that benefits targets are met
  • Provide clear, engaging and measurable engagement and communications regarding data products using a variety of channels to support deployment into the businesses
  • Ensure stakeholders and end users feel informed, involved and listened to using known methods such as feedback surveys

  • The Digital Operations Team are based in Crawley. There will be some travel to Crawley and other Thales sites for business engagement activities. Travel pattern can be discussed at interview or with the Hiring Manager directly if required.
  • Security Clearance statement: This role will require SC Clearance. It would be advantageous if currently held, however, if not currently held, it is a requirement that the successful applicant will undergo, achieve, and maintain SC Clearance. Please visit the UKSV website for further guidance. To be eligible for full SC, you generally need to have resided in the UK for the last 5 years. In some circumstances, a minimum of 3 years' residence in the UK over the last 5 years may be accepted, with additional overseas checks.
