Full Job Description

This role is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days a week out of our Rugby office. With the expectation at the beginning of your employment to be working out of our Rugby office 5 days a week. The role holder is to assist the current Service Change Management team in management of the change management process. Principal Duties/Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage and ensure all changes are approved in a timely manner and promptly escalate any exceptions or issues
  • Management of daily changes to ensure they are initiated and completed within the established timeframes and following the correct processes
  • Generate and distribute daily reports to relevant parties each morning, highlighting any areas that require further attention
  • Ensure changes are closed correctly and in a timely manner following the necessary procedures
  • Review and maintain customer contact information, ensuring contact details are accurate and up to date
  • Monitor and manage the team's email inbox to ensure effective change management and swift acknowledgment of any queries
  • Be available for inbound and outbound calls, providing prompt support for urgent requests, progression of scheduled changes and "Go Ahead" calls to our customer base.

    Fully Competent with Microsoft applications (Office, Word, Excel), and Google suite (Mail, GDrive, Sheets).
  • Competent in written English. Fully Competent in English language. Ability to plan ahead covering a wide range of tasks against skills available. Relevant Experience/Training: 1-2 Years of similar role desirable but not essential. Knowledge of the ITSM tools / data base application desirable.
