Full Job Description
- In this brand new role you will be an integral part of the Change Management Office who support the business through change and create change culture. Using change management strategies as part of a centre of excellence to increase business engagement through effective communication, manage resistance to change, increasing adoption and to support the delivery of measurable value.
- Create Change Management strategies for strategic and tactical change projects
- Act as a consultant for change management activities within business led change
- Completion of change management documentation in line with the framework, these can include and not limited to stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, communication plan, training plan
- Build awareness and desire through effective business engagement and communications
- Understand the change impact to the ways of working in the business
- Build knowledge and ability of the change in the business by informing training plans and support
Experience of delivering change in professional services - Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
- Passion for delivering successful change in an organisation
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills and presenting information
- The ability to build strong relationships stakeholders and influencing skills
- Working in a face paced, agile environment
