Full Job Description

Job Description: The change manager will:

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
  • Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Support communication efforts
  • Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
  • Assess the change impact
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support training efforts
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs. Basic Qualifications:
  • Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in change management
  • Proficiencies in change management methodologies, tools, and software
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
  • Other Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • Relevant certifications such as PROSCI is a plus
