- Do you have a proven track record in delivery of change and supporting the realisation of benefits?, We are looking to recruit 3 new Change Managers to work across our Trusts (George Eliot Hospital and South Warwickshire University Foundation Trust), Primary Care and Innovate stakeholders, on digital and transformation projects and programmes. These roles are key to ensuring our change management capability is strengthened ahead of the start of our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme., The primary objective of the Change Manager role is to lead change management aspects of improvement delivery and Digital Services Transformation projects across GEH, SWFT (Acute and Out of Hospital), Primary Care and all other Innovate customers. They will work closely with project teams to develop, define and shape change, integrating change management and ensuring successful delivery and adoption of large-scale change. What you will be doing:
- As Change Manager will be at the forefront of the change, working with all stakeholders in the acute, primary care and community settings.
- You will be part of Innovates Business Change Team and will work closely with the Digital Change and Transformation Manager.
- Your role will be central to reducing risk, to driving improved adoption and overall enabling required change to enable benefit realisation. As a Change Manager, you will be instrumental in driving change, collaborating with a diverse range of operational, clinical and administrative stakeholders. This role will lead and drive the change management activities required to implement new business processes as part of embedding improvements, new digital solutions and the upcoming EPR. Your expertise will be critical in managing change and realising benefits.
