Full Job Description

Teesside University International Business School in partnership with DK Jones Ltd are seeking to appoint a Change Manager (KTP Associate) to develop and implement a Change Management and Digitisation Toolkit., This position is for a 28-month fixed term contract, employed by Teesside University but working day to day with DK Jones, predominantly in their Middlesbrough office.

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should possess a solid educational background (masters level) in the field of Business Information Systems or similar, with significant knowledge in change management and digital innovation. The ability to apply this knowledge effectively in real world business context is essential.

Communication skills are very important to enable effective collaboration between both organisations. The candidate must be able to demonstrate they can convey complex academic concepts both written and orally to DK Jones senior team and their employees across all departments.

Familiarity with digital transformation and live business information systems (e.g., MRP, CRM, ERP) and experience of workflow systems analysis and operational systems analysis is key to the success of this role, as well as excellent technical skills to support data analysis and visualisation (i.e., Excel and Power BI).
