Full Job Description

The role involves enabling the governance framework of the Digital Data and Innovation Change Delivery Unit, ensuring high standards in priority activities and change projects.
Key responsibilities include organising meetings, liaising with PMO functions, maintaining risks and benefits logs, and providing briefings.
The role supports Business Analysts and the Digital Delivery Manager by managing change planning documentation and processes. It involves coordinating projects, supporting resource targeting, and ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
Financial duties include monitoring budgets and expenditures, while general tasks involve facilitating communities of practice, organising events, and managing workforce development issues. The post-holder works autonomously, identifying problems and proposing solutions.

Main duties of the job
Key responsibilities include organising and documenting meetings, coordinating with ICS PMO functions, maintaining logs for risks, issues, and benefits, and providing reports and briefings.
Additional duties involve tracking project delivery, assisting with resource allocation, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management, monitoring finances, and facilitating workshops, events, workforce development, and onboarding of new team members.
