Full Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager Channel Operations this role is intended to support growth in Emerging Markets & APJ by coordinating commercial process excellence projects with our channel partners to standardise commercial standard methodology and performance management processes as well as supporting Channel Sales Managers & Channel Partners. The aim is to implement ways of working that drive continuous improvement and ensure legal and regulatory compliance, whilst creating an efficient commercial environment for both MBD and our channel partners., To be the Compliance/TPM champion driving compliance from the sales team and channel partners to implement corporate standards.

Manages the legal requests from Channel Sales Managers and Channel Partners for Distribution Agreements, Letters of Authorisation and Power of Attorney, assuring that all documents are in place and aligned with company guidelines.

Supports the Emerging Markets Order to Cash process (c.$59m AOP), improving revenue realization and producing the weekly Pulse Check report to be presented at the DLT Sales Update meeting.

Facilitates and supports go to market review process and ensures accountability of the resulting strategies and compliance to standard processes.

Implements processes and ensures process direction for Onboarding, Offboarding and Channel portfolio changes.

Provides support for Sales Teams, Channel Operations and Channel Partners and identifies areas for continuous improvement.

Handles ad-hoc duties as required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence peers and senior leaders in a matrix environment

Experience in process/project management and strong and problem-solving skills

Proven ability in Cross functional process improvement & process excellence

Proven organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities

Strong IT skills with experience in Microsoft Office programs

Proficient written and verbal communication in English

Ability to travel to Basingstoke as required with occasional national/international travel

Preferred:

Six Sigma, Total Quality, 5S or lean management an advantage

Familiarity with MBD processes and systems beneficial

Knowledge of Microbiology and/or In Vitro Diagnostics/Medical Devices market desirable
