Full Job Description

The Channels & Engagement Coordinator will join our Linear and FAST channel team, which works across a variety of rights daily, publishing all video content to our UK Linear Channel as well as our growing portfolio of Global FAST channels. The role also involves assisting with engagement tasks, including cross-promotion plans for high-profile boxing and football events, and the inventory of promotional assets in English-speaking markets.
This key role carries responsibility for coordinating assets, managing DAZN's channel content, setting a make-list for any content that need re-versioning for the channel output and liaising with our editorial leads across Boxing, Football and other sports to ensure the best content being made is delivered to all our customers. You'll also work with the promo team, scheduling team and Channel Manager to ensure the best content gets to air.
This role is based in Leeds, and it involves a combination of in-office and remote work.

As our new Channels & Engagement Coordinator you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Help engage an audience by taking ownership of the on-channel archives, from sourcing to publication.

  • Communicate with programming and marketing teams to coordinate assets, for big live events on the channel.

  • Manage the content delivery to TX from an operational point-of-view, ensuring content complies with OFCOM regulations.

  • Contribute ideas and work closely with the Channel Manager on re-versioning content.

  • Work closely with the editorial team to manage our back catalogue of content, and ensure Linear content is archived and available for re-use.

  • Source content from Rights Holders and existing Content Archives to promote upcoming live events.

  • Gain an overview of the DAZN sporting rights calendar and contribute to the cross-promotion and promotional assets inventory process.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent editorial judgement

  • Strong organisation and ability to comfortably manage large volumes of content via spreadsheets and a CMS

  • Strong communication skills and not being afraid to chase for assets and information

  • Ability to work under pressure across simultaneous workstreams
