Full Job Description
- Provide Agile Delivery Chapter leadership, champion a culture of growth mindset, self-leadership and development, mentoring chapter members across internal and partner teams, based in the UK, Europe and India
- People and line-management, with the ability to assess and communicate to a broad range of experiences and cultures
- Lead by example, actively hands on in agile delivery
- Guide the teams on how to get the work done in a consistently high-quality manner, introduce and maturing the Agile practices throughout the Digital delivery functions
- Create and evolve frameworks, standard, practices and governance relevant for the Agile Delivery chapter - including, setting guidelines, providing best practice examples, and the professional capability development of people in the team
As a Chapter Lead in Agile Delivery, we need you to deliver practices of our Global teams, and in turn drive delivery assurance for the modern, innovative software solutions in our Portfolio. You will be required to consistently balance the strategic vision with attention to detail., People and line-management, with the ability to assess and communicate to a broad range of experiences and cultures You must be an Inspirational Leader. You must provide a compelling cause for your community - Specialist skills in agile delivery standards and practices with credible previous experience in SDLC delivery roles, in practice
- Product Thinking, DevOps Delivery, Systems Thinking
- Technical expertise in relevant approaches and technologies (JIRA, Confluence, Planview, OKRs)
- You need people skills. You are working with people all day, every day
- Strong relationship management skills
