Charge Nurse

This is a Charge Nurse role at Elysium Healthcare's Badby Park facility in Daventry, Northamptonshire. The role involves leading and coordinating the nursing care and clinical services for people with neurological illnesses, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries. Your role will involve overseeing and providing high-quality care and support to people with neurological conditions, while ensuring the smooth and positive day-to-day running of the department. You will delegate tasks, monitor service users' conditions, supervise the team, and make critical decisions regarding staffing and resources. Effective communication and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team will be essential.
