Charge Nurse

This Charge Nurse role at Elysium Healthcare's Badby Park facility in Daventry offers an excellent opportunity to lead and coordinate a team of nurses in providing high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with neurological illnesses, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar environment and demonstrate strong leadership skills to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the unit., As the Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing high-quality care and support to people in a Neurological setting. You will lead and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care, ensuring the day-to-day operations of the unit are performing well. This will involve delegating tasks to nurses, monitoring service users' conditions, supervising the team, and making critical decisions regarding staffing and resources.
