Charge Nurse

completing paperwork for service users - dementia care plan, risk assessment, HONOS, waterlow, dysphagia and nutrition, falls, moving and handling assessments

• RMN/RLDN or Dip/ Bsc (Hons) in Mental Health/ Learning Disability Nursing ENB 998 / Preceptorship and Mentorship., At least 2 years post registration experience at Band 5
• Evidence of continuing professional development
