We currentlyhave three homes, Fairlie House which is in West Norwood with 45 beds,Highfield House which is located in Purley with 45 beds and finally, WoodstownHouse in Banstead with 40 beds, which opened its doors to its first residentsin April 2021. All three homes have achieved the highest rating from the CareQuality Commission, and we continually strive to maintain our Outstandingrating. Main duties of the job Deliveringa high standard of evidence-based care to Residents. Ensuringgood standards of care for the Resident are maintained at all times. Adheringto NMC Code of Professional conduct at all times. Involvingand supporting Residents, relatives, carers and friends in the care process. Promotingwell-being and involving Residents and relatives in health education. Ensuringclear and accurate written and verbal information is given at all times. Ensuringcontemporaneous record keeping at all times. Seeking advice from more senior / experiencedmembers of staff where appropriate, We aregrowing our training team and are now looking for a Sister Charge Nurse forHighfield House in Purley. The successful candidates must be individuals withthe motivation and drive to improve patient care and demonstrate FairlieHealthcares Core Values in their daily work. Delivering high quality,evidence-based and patient focused clinical care through : Deliveringa high standard of evidence-based care to Residents. Upholding a duty of careand clinical governance through : Observinga general duty of care for the health, safety and well-being of yourself, workcolleagues, visitors and Residents within the Home. Ensuringthe rules, policies, procedures and standards of the Home together with allrelevant statutory and professional obligations are adhered to at all times. MaintainingResident confidentiality, dignity and privacy at all times. Adheringto the Homes policy on valuing equality and diversity and showing due regardfor each Residents cultural and religious beliefs, gender, ethnicity, age andsexuality. Strictlyadhering to the Homes Infection Control Protocols, policies and procedures.

  • Registered Nurse (RN1) with active NMC registration
