As a Charge Nurse, you will take on a leadership position, ensuring that the care team delivers exceptional nursing services to residents.,

  • Lead and manage a team of nursing and care staff to deliver outstanding care.
  • Provide expert clinical oversight and guidance to ensure high-quality nursing care.
  • Collaborate with families and external healthcare professionals to create and review care plans.
  • Promote best practices in care delivery and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and care standards.
  • You'll be working in a modern, welcoming facility that offers a range of services, including respite care, post-operative care, and sensitive palliative care, all designed to provide the best quality of life for residents.

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
  • Proven experience in a senior nursing role, ideally within a nursing home.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and support your team.
  • A compassionate, patient-centred approach to care.
