Charge Nurse / Sister - ICU

Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Charge Nurse to join our ICU Team. The Intensive Care Staff Nurse will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care of patients requiring level 2 and 3 care under indirect supervision from senior staff. They are expected to be able to provide general and specialised direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organisation., We have recently completed a salary review for our registered nurses, ensuring that they are paid according to their position relevant experience, and have equity within their roles. This salary model is market leading and allows our nurses to receive annual salary increase in line with their ongoing experience.
