- Conduct residential mortgage valuations and surveys (Scheme 2&3) in accordance with industry standards.
- Prepare accurate and timely valuation reports.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and quality control measures.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
MRICS or FRICS qualification. - Proven experience in residential property valuations and surveys.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using valuation software and technology.
