As a Chatbot Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer interactions through the management of our chatbot systems. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing chatbot performance, optimizing user interactions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.   • Manage and configure the chatbot systems to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Analyze user interaction data to identify improvement areas and enhance chatbot functionality.
  • Collaborate with team members to design and refine engaging conversational scripts.
  • Gather feedback from users to implement iterative improvements to the chatbot.
  • Stay informed about trends and advancements in chatbot technologies and practices.
  • Assist colleagues in effectively utilizing the chatbot tools available to them.

    No experience necessary; a strong desire to learn and grow is required.
  • Basic technical skills and an interest in digital communication platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A keen analytical mind to assess performance metrics and user engagement.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to solving problems.
