As a Chef at Sodexo in Nuffield North Staffs, Newcastle-Under-Lyme, ST5 4DB, you'll have an enthusiasm for food and a willingness to learn and develop your skills. What you'll do:

• Assist with the preparation and cooking of dishes under the guidance of the head or senior chef.


• Ensure work areas and equipment are kept clean and tidy


• Work collaboratively with other members of the brigade to ensure service runs smoothly.


• Comply with all Company and hospital policies and procedures.
  
  Basic food-handling skills are desirable, but not essential if you are willing to learn.


• Previous kitchen experience


• Great communication skills


• A positive attitude


• Willing to learn new skills e.g., Health & Safety, Health & Hygiene, Food Safety

• Shifts: Working 5 over 7 days (includes weekend work)


• 3 Set Shifts - 07:00 to 15:00, 08:00 to 16:00 and 10:00 to 18:00


• Weekend Shifts: Saturday - 07:00 to 17:30 and Sunday 07:00 to 13:00
