Full Job Description
- Breakfast/ lunch & evening service provision (food prep and customer service), working alongside a front of house assistant
- Completion of all HACCP requirements in line with Company standards
- Food prep and baking for the week (as directed by the chef manager)
- Clean and maintain the kitchen (as per weekly cleaning schedule)
- Ensuring that the dining area and vending operation there in are clean and well presented
