Full Job Description

+ To prepare, cook, and present the highest quality food for the restaurant and In-Patient therapeutic diets.
+ Prepare foods for Trust Hospitality and other special events
+ Assist with the food service in the restaurant where appropriate.
+ Be flexible to other duties, appropriate to the grade that will facilitate the smooth running of the kitchen and associated areas
