Full Job Description
The role will be providing a professional, friendly and efficient service to all customers at the College. The purpose of the role is to prepare meals to the College standards and to maintain cleanliness and hygiene to the required standard. Providing a customer focused service within the College refectory, whilst also working in compliance to College policies, 'best practice' and current legislation.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic, committed and flexible attitude towards customers and other team members, recognising the importance and benefits of effective team working, whilst also being able to work independently.
Experience of working within a large catering establishment as well as preparation and serving of food and non-food items. Experience of general kitchen duties and till operation and cash handling are essential.

Salary: National Living Wage/National Minimum Wage dependent on the age of the appointed candidate
