Chef - All levels - Stevenage, Hertfordshire

Produce and cook food in line with recipe cards. Work in line with company allergen policy Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch, hospitality lunches, food for the coffee bar and retail shop Full knowledge of all menu items served. Deep cleaning of the kitchen area Assisting with deliveries and stock rotation Management of production to ensure minimal wastage. Maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods Ensuring the maintenance of high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with Aramark requirements and identify any anomalies and incidents. Assisting in the compilation of all shifts opening and closing checklists

• Relevant culinary qualification or at least 2 years experience in a similar position
• Experience working in a kitchen at a chef level
• Allergen awareness (i.e Natasha's Law), full training will be given
• Excellent team player and communicator
• MBDA security vetting process
