Chef - Bank

As a Bank Chef at Barchester, you will assist the Head Chef in creating nutritious, flavorsome, and well-balanced menus, while working closely with residents to tailor the menus to their preferences. You will be responsible for helping to manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring the delivery of hotel/restaurant standards without the long hours and split shifts typical of the industry. You will work within budget, complete regular audits, and manage stock control, while also helping to lead and motivate a team.
