Full Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled culinary professional to take charge of our food and bar operations. This individual will lead the kitchen area, create fresh, high-quality meal options for members and guests, and uphold rigorous standards of food safety and health. The role is central to providing a premium, memorable experience for our high-profile clientele., Food and Beverage:
- Take a key role in all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and high-quality offerings.
- Lead food and beverage operations to deliver exceptional service and high-quality offerings.
- Develop and execute a fresh, seasonal menu that aligns with Rocket Padel's brand, focusing on flavour and presentation.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to introduce innovative options and host promotional events to elevate the customer experience and boost sales.
- Oversee supplier relationships for fresh ingredients, manage inventory, control budgets, and ensure health and safety compliance.
- Design appealing food displays and train staff on preparation and presentation techniques. Food Health & Safety Compliance
- Maintain and enforce the highest food safety standards, adhering to Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene protocols.
- Lead the team in upholding HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) standards to ensure food safety across all processes.
- Conduct regular checks and documentation to maintain compliance with health regulations. Inventory and Stock Management
- Manage stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and implementing the FIFO (First In, First Out) policy.
- Track and monitor inventory, preventing shortages or overstocking, and reducing food waste.
- Oversee waste management practices to ensure minimal environmental impact and high efficiency. Team Leadership and Training
- Supervise and mentor kitchen and bar staff, providing training on food prep, safety, and customer service.
- Foster a positive work environment and collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of service.
- Implement daily cleaning routines and ensure storage and prep areas are maintained to a professional standard. Host Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members and guests, ensuring they feel welcome, valued and attended to.
- Support in court bookings, equipment rentals, and customer inquiries.
- Ensure Club standards are maintained at all times.

Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work., - At least 3 years of experience in a chef or bar operations role within premium hospitality or club settings.
- Advanced knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance, with a Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 (ideally Level 3).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a passion for food innovation, customer satisfaction, and creativity.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean environment and providing excellent customer service.
- Event planning experience is a plus, along with a passion for sports and understanding of the Padel community.
