Full Job Description
- You'll be preparing and serving food to the highest standard. The Mess caters breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
- Producing food in line with the recipe sheets
- Full knowledge of all menu items served
- Helping with functions, hospitality and events
- Ensuring that we deliver high quality service to the mess members and other military personnel
- Management of production and food levels to ensure minimal wastage
- Assisting in the completion of all shift opening and closing checklists
- Assist in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans
- Undertake relevant training as required
Food hygiene certificate level 2 or willing to work towards it on our e-learning platform - Relevant culinary qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good level of spoken English
- Security clearance and a DBS check is required
