Prepare and cook delicious, high-quality meals in a timely manner
Oversee kitchen staff and provide guidance as needed
Ensure all food preparation meets food safety standards
Collaborate with the restaurant team to create new dishes and menus
Support and train our neurodiverse staff and trainees
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

Proficient in culinary techniques and food preparation
Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong cooking skills with the ability to prepare a variety of dishes
Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
Prior experience in meal preparation and menu planning for a restaurant
