Full Job Description
- Preparing and cooking lunch, working from specific menu plans
- Preparation of hot/cold food
- Placing orders and stock taking/rotating
- Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment
- Ensure food is correctly stored according to food safety policies and guidelines
- Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment and utensils
- Present and garnish food and portions
- Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers and co workers
- Assisting in the compilation of all shift opening and closing checklists
Previous kitchen/cooking experience is required - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- DBS required
- E learning is available through our online learning system to obtain Food Safety Level 2/3 certificate
