Full Job Description

We are recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. The role is a full time position working 41.5 hours per week, any 5 days out of 7 including evenings, weekends and public holidays (one weekend in three) with last orders are at 10.00 pm, the Club closes for two weeks in August and two weeks at Christmas.

This role has the opportunity to make a positive impact on the learning and development of employees in this progressive organisation.,

  • Run and supervise any kitchen section to the required standards set by the Executive Head Chef

  • Ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service

  • Be responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared food

  • Support sous chefs in delivering required standard of food

  • Comply with all health and safety regulations

    We are looking for someone who is highly personable, passionate about delivering five star service and thrives in a busy working environment where no two shifts are ever the same. Applicants will need to demonstrate:

  • Good attention to details

  • High standard of food preparation

  • Previous experience as Chef de Partie

    The Oxford and Cambridge Club is an exclusive private members Club with a Grade II-listed Clubhouse in central London. The Club has 46 bedrooms, a fine dining restaurant, 3 banqueting suites, 2 bars, 2 squash courts, a billiards room and extensive libraries. The Club has nearly 5000 members.

    £30,000.00 per annum Basic 41.5 Hrs 4 Days out of 7
