Chef de Partie

Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Chef De Partie to join its thriving Brasserie in our Bristol store. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. • Work alongside our great Head Chef and Sous Chefs preparing great food for our customers
• Know everything about your recipes to make them look amazing
• Make sure everything is squeaky clean in your area by maintaining a high standard of hygiene, health and safety
• Be super-efficient and make sure your mise en place is ready at the right time to make sure you have a great service and our customers get great food quickly
• Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
• Flexibility is a must; hospitality service can't wait during weekends and evenings!
