Your responsibilities will include coordinating the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch, or dinner in our fast-paced environment. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for culinary excellence, you will uphold our high standards and contribute to the success of our culinary offerings,

• Execute kitchen operations with confidence and precision, showcasing your expertise in food preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to strict Health and Safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with our Kitchen Team, demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Prepare and deliver room service orders promptly and to the highest quality standards.
• Proactively complete food prep tasks for upcoming service, ensuring seamless operations.
• Showcase your passion for food through every dish, paying meticulous attention to detail in presentation and flavour., As a Chef de Partie, you will have the opportunity to supervise a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service.
• You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels within your section and assisting with ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• With excellent organizational and communication skills, you will thrive in our team-oriented environment, contributing to the overall success of our culinary operations.
  
  Previous experience in a similar role is essential, along with a solid understanding of kitchen operations in a high-pressure environment.
