Full Job Description
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver exquisite dining experiences for a discerning clientele.
- Assist in the creation and development of unique, luxurious menu offerings.
- Ensure all food hygiene, health, and safety standards are maintained at the highest level.
- Take responsibility for stock control, ordering, and reducing waste in line with kitchen targets.
- Work seamlessly within a fast-paced, luxury-focused environment.
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury environment. - Exceptional culinary skills, with a focus on creativity and attention to detail.
- A passion for delivering world-class food and service.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
