Chef de Partie

Be able to work in a fast-paced Hospital kitchen environment.
- Working as CDP for patient dining
- preparing regular and texture modified diets.
- Maintain the highest standards in food hygiene, service & presentation (HACCP & Health & Safety Legislation)
- To ensure that any Food Safety/Quality records assigned to you are being carried out daily within the kitchen and related areas, without exception.
- To maintain good communications and working relationships with your client, customers, and all staff.
- Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations at all times.
- To present an image at all times conducive to good customer relations.

Experience in similar position or within catering industry
- Relevant culinary qualification
- Good communication skills
- Can do attitude.
- Textured meal training will be provided
